We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Requested within 30 days of the delivery date
• In its original condition (lightly used is fine — we understand you need to try it)
• Returned with proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

How to Start a Return

Email info@relixaring.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not ship items back before receiving confirmation from us — we cannot process returns sent to unauthorized addresses.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived defective or damaged. In those cases, we cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@relixaring.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no return required in most cases.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
• Free promotional gifts (e.g. free bonus items included with your order)

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement, before they enter processing. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
